Payments. Online card payment
Our website is connected to internet acquiring, and you can pay for the Service using a Visa or Mastercard bank card. After confirming the selected Product or service, a secure window will open with the payment page of the CloudPayments processing center, where you need to enter your bank card details. For additional cardholder authentication, the 3-D Secure protocol is used. If your issuing Bank supports this technology, you will be redirected to its server for additional identification.
The online payment service is carried out in accordance with the rules of Visa and MasterCard International Payment Systems on the principles of confidentiality and payment security, using the most up-to-date verification, encryption and data transmission methods through closed channels.
The payment page fields require you to enter the card number, cardholder name, card expiry date, and the three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard). All necessary data is displayed on the surface of the bank card.
CVV2/CVC2 is a three-digit security code located on the back of the card.
Next, in the same window, your issuing Bank's page will open to enter the 3-D Secure code. If you do not have 3-D Secure set up, the code will be sent to your phone number via SMS. If the 3-D Secure code has not been received, please contact your issuing bank. 3-D Secure is the most modern technology for ensuring the security of card payments on the Internet.
Refund policy
When making online payments via payment cards, cash refunds are not allowed. The refund procedure is regulated by the rules of international payment systems:
- The consumer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before delivery; after delivery, the refusal must be made within 14 days.
- Return of goods of proper quality is possible if its marketable appearance, consumer properties, as well as the document confirming the purchase of the specified goods are preserved.
- The consumer is not entitled to refuse goods of proper quality that have individually defined properties if the specified goods can only be used by the person purchasing them.
- If the consumer refuses the goods, the seller must return the amount paid by the consumer no later than ten days from the date of the consumer's request.
To refund funds to a bank card, you need to fill out the "Application for Refund", which is sent upon request by the company to the email address, and send it along with a copy of an identity document to info@citypass.kz.
The refund will be made to the bank card within business hours from 09:00 to 18:00 from the day of receiving the "Application for Refund" by the Company.
For refunds on transactions made with errors, you must apply with a written statement and copies of identity documents and a receipt confirming the erroneous charge. This application should be sent to info@citypass.kz.
The refund amount will equal the purchase amount. The review period begins from the moment the Company receives the Application and is calculated in business days excluding holidays/weekends.
Security guarantees
The CloudPayments processing center protects and processes your bank card data according to the PCI DSS 3.0 security standard. Information is transmitted to the payment gateway using SSL encryption technology. Further transmission occurs through closed banking networks with the highest level of reliability. CloudPayments does not transmit your card data to us or any third parties. The 3-D Secure protocol is used for additional cardholder authentication.

Online payment security
The personal information you provide (name, address, phone, email, credit card number) is confidential and is not subject to disclosure. Your credit card data is transmitted only in encrypted form and is not stored on our Web server.
We recommend that you verify that your browser is secure enough for online payments on the dedicated page.
The security of Internet payment processing is guaranteed by CloudPayments Kazakhstan LLP. All operations with payment cards are carried out in accordance with the requirements of VISA International, MasterCard and other payment systems.
Payment by cards is safe because: The authorization system guarantees that the payment details of the payment card (number, expiry date, CVV2/CVC2) will not fall into the hands of fraudsters, as this data is not stored on the authorization server. The buyer enters payment data directly in the CloudPayments authorization system, not on the online store website.
Cases of payment refusal:
- the bank card is not intended for making payments via the Internet, which can be clarified by contacting your issuing Bank;
- insufficient funds on the bank card. You can find out more about available funds by contacting the bank that issued the card;
- bank card details entered incorrectly;
- the bank card has expired. The expiry date is usually indicated on the front of the card. Contact your issuing bank for details.
- the online transaction limit on the card has been exceeded.

Confidentiality
- Definition. The internet project astana.citypass.kz takes the issue of confidentiality of information of its clients and visitors seriously. Personalized information includes personal data (e.g., name, login) and information about actions performed on the site. Anonymous data refers to data that cannot be uniquely identified with a specific visitor.
- Use of information. We use personalized information exclusively to provide quality services. We do not disclose personalized data to other visitors. We never publish personalized information publicly or transfer it to third parties, except when required by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Links. The site https://astana.citypass.kz may contain links to other sites not related to our company. We are not responsible for the accuracy of information on third-party sites.
- Limitation of liability. We do everything possible to comply with this privacy policy, however, we cannot guarantee the preservation of information in case of factors beyond our control. The site and all information on it are provided "as is" without any guarantees.
